Exchange policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items are eligible for exchange for a different size or an item of equal value, subject to availability.

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you an exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or appropriate exchange.


Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept exchanges for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges Process

Once you have initiated an exchange and it has been accepted, you will be provided with instructions on how to return your original item. After we receive and inspect the original item, we will process the exchange for the new item. If there is a difference in value for the exchanged item, we will discuss this with you during the exchange process.


No Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds. All sales are final, except for eligible exchanges as outlined in this policy. If your exchange is approved, you may exchange the item for another product of equal value or a different size, subject to availability.
